Oak Cliff dwellers know how to party, and the Mardi Gras parade is always one of the best parades of the year.

This year the Winnetka Heights neighborhood stole the show with their Wizard of Oz floats: There's No Place Like Home. We agree - why would you want to live anywhere but Oak Cliff?
